In West Nusa Tenggara, Nahdlatul Wathan is known as an organization that has a strong social structure: not only because of this organization capable position ideology and values as the base of actions social, however organizational capabilities for utilise condition the as source hegenomic power that is maintained, balanced, and effective from time to time. This hegemonic character can be seen from the loyalty and volunteerism of every member of the community both in carrying out the traditions and culture of the organization as well as in carrying out the instructions of the leadership of the organization. this writing will describe at least two things basic. First, how is the structure in organization Nahdlatul Wathan walk; and secondly, how existence elites and their roles to structuration the. For explain problem this, author use theory structuration to examine the structures and agents that are built, as well as elite theory to identify and examine elite groups in the Nahdlatul Wathan organization and their role in stability structure social. This study draws several conclusions. First, Nahdlatul Wathan has an effective level of structuring because aspects of individual action in the community are always in the preconditions that are in accordance with the wishes of the organization. In addition, the process of significance, domination and legitimacy is stable. Structuration Nahdlatul Wathan consists of three dimensions, that is dimensions ideology, dimensions values, as well dimensions interactional. Second, elite Nahdlatul Wathan formed through dialectics between experience ideology as well as values in actions and practices social. Elite Nahdlatul Wathan consists over the discursive elite and the practical elite. Third, though structuration Nahdlatul Wathan still awake from process aspect _ the role of the elite, capacity individual in matter introspection and insight self can encourage citizens _ do evaluations action. If inhabitant has beyond the boundaries of consciousness practical going to awareness discursive, appropriate structure Nahdlatul Wathan with reality social in a manner whole will questioned and got obey stability structure in organization Nahdlatul Wathan.
