Abstract

Today, there are many investors and business models for homestay accommodation services. The good side of this phenomenon is the rapid increase in the number of homestay services, However, the quality of service is not guaranteed and maintained as when the homestay just came out. market in accommodation services. In parallel, there is competition from different types of translations. New accommodation services in the market, such as boutique hotels or lifestyle hotels, also provide customers with similar experiences with homestay services. Knowing the challenges of that competition, homestay investors are looking for adaptation solutions in the best way, one of which is to improve customer satisfaction, especially customers of Generation Z. Therefore, learn, research, and discover the factors affecting customer satisfaction. Generation Z is an important issue that homestays in Ho Chi Minh City are facing. Ho Chi Minh needs attention. attention, thereby proposing solutions to improve the quality of homestay services.
