Abstract

Human rights are such impertinent factor of social life without which no one can make its exposition in a decent way. Human rights means such rights as are bestowed to human as human being the part of the society and are concerned with the matters, these grow with the strong harmony and contact relations. In Islam the concept of human rights is very antique. The entities of these notions had been made since the very creation of human beings and Allah had bestowed human beings a code of life and taught the lesson of rights and responsibilities. It’s a natural process that problems are present in one or the other from in all societies. If the Govt. denies giving rights of the masses and the masses also be in front to fight in case contract by the Govt. and liberty. In this article, in the light of Islamic teachings and the west laws, forefathers, captives, handicaps, women and the comparison of the paralyzed had been made.
