Abstract

High productivity and rapid technological developments lead to high demands for employees to carry out their work. This then often causes fatigue at work and reduces performance results. Through human resource management, this feeling of burnout can be mitigated so that it can lead to employee engagement. This research aims to see how human resource management plays a role in managing burnout and improving the well-being of employees. This research will be carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. The facts used in this study come from various previous research results that are still relevant to this research. The results of this study then found that through human resource management, such as adopting supportive policies, managing workload, and effective communication, work fatigue can be reduced, and employee performance can be improved. It can be said that human resource management has a very crucial role in overcoming work fatigue and improving employee performance. Companies can create a balanced, productive work environment that supports employee growth by implementing the right strategies and factors.
