A Study On Impact Of Green Hrm Practices On The Performance Of The Organization: With The Perspective Of Employers
Abstract
In this particular study the author has tried to find out the impact of green HRM practices on the performance of the organization in the opinion of the employers of the Gujarat State. For this reason, the author has focused on the parameters of factors for the impact of Green HRM practices on the performance of them. The author had applied exploratory factor analysis (EFA) technique for the identification of the factors for the implementation of HRM practices in Gujarat state. The factors which have been identified are Healthy and flexible working environment, improves employee’s quality and productivity, Improves profitability and environmental conservation and Cost reduction and employee’s satisfaction. The target audience for this particular study are the employers of the companies operating their business in the Gujarat State.
