Modern human resource (HR) practises, such as high performance work practises (HPWPs) systems, have greatly enhanced the relationship between such practises and organisational performance. These and other HRM developments, nevertheless, don't seem to have been widely used. It was discovered that the literature does not frequently address the role of the HR practitioner in the adoption process. It is suggested that HR professionals are crucial to the adoption process because of their capacity to affect a variety of contextual factors. The survey suggests that the companies which adopt the practices of HPWS tend to be more productive in terms of employee turnover, productivity, and financial outcomes.
