Abstract

The main objective of the paper is to show the relationship between knowledge management and company performance with a focus on the impact of employee experience. The paper emphasizes the fact that knowledge management helps not only in the growth of the organization but also enhances the personal growth and development of the workers. Therefore, this suggests that the employees develop their personal skills and expertise through knowledge management practices. Moreover, through the various review of the literature, it has been found that knowledge management has been one of the crucial factors to gain a competitive advantage and ensure sustainable development in the organization. The research has been done through a qualitative approach including case studies and interviews that show the impact of knowledge management in the role of strengthening employee experience and improving efficiency in the organization's growth and development
