This paper is developed to analyze the impact of strategy, networks, complexity, and innovation on organizational adaptability. The research aims to provide a brief concept of how leadership strategy, complexity, and innovation can impact the organizational infrastructure by influencing adaptability. Organizational adaptability takes place as the capability of a company to understand the requirement to modify or change the opportunities in dynamic circumstances. This paper found out that an adaptive leadership strategy helps to increase innovation and organizational adaptability by enhancing optimal talent mix, and distributed leadership. Distributed leadership can be considered one of the major elements that can increase organizational adaptability. Another result showed that distributed leadership helps an individual or manager to possess a transparent personality that helps to develop mutual trust. The reason why distributed leadership is more effective in this case is that under this leadership, every team member is delegated to different roles according to the requirements. That is why everyone gets the chance to be productive and creative to fulfil both personal and professional goals. The research was done by conducting secondary research methodologies. The secondary research methodologies included studying different journals and articles that described how leadership can be beneficial to develop strategy, networks, complexity, and innovation to increase organizational adaptability
