Casual Factors Affecting Supply Chain Performance Of Thailand Seafood Manufacturers

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to 1) study the levels of transformational leadership (TRA), customer loyalty (LOY), and supply chain performance (SCP), and 2) study the effects of TRA and LOY, on SCP, TRA on LOY, and the mediation effect of LOY. The study used quantitative method research. The sample was 288 Thailand seafood manufacturers, arisen from stratified sampling. The instruments used in the research were questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, confirmative factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The findings revealed that the levels of TRA, LOY and SCP were at a high level. In addition, TRA had a direct positive effect on LOY and SCP as well as LOY mediates the effect of TRA and SCP. For practical recommendation, such findings can be a guideline for to improve their supply chain performance. For theoretical recommendation, academicians and interested persons can bring the research results to conduct further research on other potential industries and innovative issues as essential factors in logistics and supply chain management.
