Abstract

The use of foreign capital can be divided into two categories from the perspective of capital financing: direct foreign investment (direct use of foreign capital) and indirect foreign investment (indirect use of foreign capital). These two financing methods have different characteristics, requirements and scope of application. This lecture mainly introduces various specific forms of indirect utilization of foreign capital, analyzes and compares their advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward some opinions on the matters that China should pay attention to when using and striving for international loan capital.
