The outstanding feature of South Korea's economic management in the 1970s is that it pursues high growth rate and ignores the development of micro-coordinated training. South Korea has raised the slogan that "exports should reach 10 billion US dollars, and per capita income should reach 1,000 US dollars" to attract the attention of people inside and outside South Korea.
