Astrology in Business Decisions : A case study of Renuka Steels

Abstract

Renuka Steels is a steel supplier firm which is dealing in the steels products like steel sheets, rods and also scrap steel. It has its office and godown in Indore. The firm is a partnership firm, consisting two partners. Mr. Rajesh and Neeraj were partners in  the firm, sharing profit and loss in the ratio of 60:40. Rajesh has a vast experience in steel trading. The firm is facing some  problems in the business .The turnover of the firm is reduced in the current year. Mr.Rajesh was in a dilemma, and tension started building on him. He tried to do his best and so did the staff but the position of sales was not satisfactory. Rajesh was surprised to see the downfall in his business. On the advice of his friends he consulted an astrologer. The astrologer saw his horoscope and asked whether the business is proprietorship or a partnership firm. He said there is an unfavourable planet in the seventh house of his horoscope, so he will never be successful in partnership business. The astrologer adviced him for proprietorship business.
