The Influence of Product Quality and Service Quality on Purchase Decisions at Perintis Pharmacies

This study aims to examine if product quality and service quality influence the purchasing decisions of consumers at the Bandung Perintis Pharmacy. Using a form of quantitative approach, 50 respondents are sampled for the research. Using strategies for sampling saturation to acquire data. This study's data was collected via a questionnaire. Multiple Linear Regression is the method of data analysis employed, and its validity and dependability have been evaluated using the Validity and Reliability tests. Then, assistance was provided using SPSS version 20. The findings indicated that product quality and service quality partially influenced purchasing decisions at Perintis Bandung pharmacies. Moreover, both product quality and service quality have a substantial impact on purchase decisions at Perintis Bandung pharmacies. Product and service quality have a 50.6% impact on purchasing decisions. The conclusion is that Perintis pharmacies must focus on the quality of their raw materials and the level of product cleanliness. Regularly overseeing, guiding, and evaluating employee performance allows staff to give the highest level of service to clients. And to continue focusing on pricing so that they are within the reach of customers.
