Abstract

Islam is a religion which provide the complete code of life for the humanity and it also provoke some rules to run the administration of the state, on the basis of which the people of this state can live easily. If those rules are not there, then the state system will be disrupted۔In the same way, Islam also encourages the state institutions that the protection of the lives and property of the minorities in their societies is included in their responsibilities and important as Muslims lives. Similarly, Islam gives full permission to all religions and their people to worship openly. It gives full freedom to non-Muslim citizens to celebrate their religious and social festivals and urges the Islamic State to protect them. During the prophetic time, prophet also made some agreements with Non- Muslim tribes and protect their religion and made principles to secure their religious identity. In this article, some rules and principles are describe from the study of prophetic treaties regarding the Non-Muslim religious activities which is helpful for the Pakistani community to understand the status of minorities and their religious importance.
