Abstract

The capacity to organize experiential activities is the main factor determining the quality and effectiveness of organizing experiential activities in primary schools to meet the requirements for implementing the 2018 GDPT program. Reality at primary schools in Vietnam in general and Thai Nguyen province, in particular, have paid attention to capacity building for teachers. To have a basis for organizational training, assessing most accurately the component competencies in the capacity to organize experiential activities for teachers is a job that needs to be thoughtful. The ability to organize experiential activities of elementary school teachers according to the research approach of this topic is understood as the flexible application of knowledge and skills to build ideas, design and organize Effectively conduct experiential activities to form and develop in learners the qualities and abilities that meet the requirements of the 2018 general education program.
