Abstract

This study seeks to examine the impact of compensation and organizational climate on PT Trimitra employees' intention to leave the company. A high intention to leave can negatively affect organizational stability, productivity, and company performance. In order to successfully retain qualified employees, it is crucial to comprehend the factors that influence the intention to leave. This study employs a quantitative approach, survey methodology, and a questionnaire to acquire data. The results indicated that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention, that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and that compensation and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on PT Trimitra employee turnover intention simultaneously. Indicated the need for additional research on intention to transfer by incorporating additional variables, namely motivation, leadership style, organizational commitment, and organizational culture.
