Organizational Revitalization, Future-Oriented Leadership, and Technology-Based Communication: Encouraging Work Motivation and Commitment of Islamic Boarding School Educators in Cilacap Regency

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are the oldest educational institutions in Indonesia. But unfortunately, there is still a low level of commitment for teaching staff, which has led to the in and out of teaching staff in Islamic boarding schools. This research then looks at several factors that can increase the motivation and commitment of teaching staff in Islamic boarding schools in Cilacap Regency. This research is a quantitative-research, the research data that was successfully collected will be analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique. The study results then found that organizational development, leadership, and communication together also influenced work motivation and organizational development, leadership, communication, and work motivation, which contributed positively to the commitment of Islamic boarding school educators in Cilacap Regency, Central Java.
