The impact of gender equality on the elements influencing students' desire to start their own businesses in Ho Chi Minh City after the COVID-19 epidemic

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to clarify how gender influences the disparities in entrepreneurial inclinations among university students in Vietnam. Additionally, the study offers information and evaluations on the current state of the influence of gender and other elements influencing students' entrepreneurial inclinations. Finally, the author offers workable and acceptable alternatives to encourage student entrepreneurial activities and to give men and women equal opportunity in the field.
