Abstract

Through the mechanized building of road projects, construction equipment is one of the most important resources for construction businesses. The practice of planning and managing construction equipment lacks the requisite policies to satisfy the criteria. As a result, numerous road projects have encountered time and expense overruns, as well as poor quality. In this regard, the goal of this research is to determine the safe use of road construction tools, machinery, and equipment on the job site, as well as the causes and consequences for road projects. The study focuses on construction equipment planning and management strategies such as construction equipment selection, procurement, operation, maintenance, and disposal or replacement, as well as leading construction equipment management in general and equipment productivity in particular.
