An organization that is dedicated to the accomplishment of its objectives utilizes its knowledge and a variety of approaches to the work that it performs. The approach of descriptive correlational-comparative analysis was the one used by the researcher. While a descriptive presentation was produced on the profiles of the deans, a correlational design was employed to investigate the relationships between the various supervisory practices. The participants in the study consisted of all five (5) deans and 91 teachers from the several colleges that are housed inside Isabela State University, which is located in Cabagan, Isabela. It was determined that the teachers' evaluations as well as the deans' self-evaluations of their supervisory practices in relation to community service, classroom supervision, in-service education, and teacher evaluation are significant factors that can lead to improvements in supervisory practices among middle level managers. In order for the university to accomplish its vision, purpose/mission, philosophical aims, and other objectives, deans are motivated to ensure that their colleges achieve their full potential. It is therefore possible to draw the conclusion that supervisory practices that are utilized by college deans might be carried out on a daily basis. Nevertheless, a procedure that does not include a channel is inadequately comprehensive. It is vital, in order to have good communication, to have a thorough awareness of the many channels that are available and professional growth of faculty through promotion is evidential. This is because the channel is such an important component of both communication and supervision.
