Abstract

The phenomenon that has thus far existed is the performance of the state civil apparatus and organizational performance, particularly in providing services to the Majalengka Regency population. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work discipline on the performance of officials at the Department of Tourism and Culture of Majalengka Regency. This form of research employs a quantitative methodology and a causal-descriptive approach. The population consists of eighty civil servants and honorary employees in the Department of Tourism and Culture. The sample consisted of 44 individuals chosen by proportional random selection. The method of analysis employed is multiple linear regression. The test results demonstrates that leadership style, organizational culture, and work discipline have a favorable and significant effect on the performance of Majalengka Regency Tourism and Culture Office employees. Work culture has a good but insignificant effect on the performance of officials at the Tourism and Culture Office of Majalengka Regency, whereas leadership style and work discipline have a favorable and substantial effect.
