Abstract

Customer satisfaction is an integral component of any successful business. It is vital for companies to understand the needs and preferences of their customers to ensure long-term success. The aim of this study is to measure customer satisfaction with special reference to Coffee Cafe Day in Pune city. The study will investigate the factors that influence customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in customer service.
