This report is research that how the goals and the objectives of the organisation are directly or indirectly related to the behaviour of the organisation. There are different aspects which depend upon the organisational behaviour such as customer satisfaction, increasing brand loyalty and achieving a competitive advantage for the company. So, this type of factor needs to be enhanced to retain the business in the market for a longer time as well as these factors also help in achieving the goals of the organisation with the efficient performance of the employees. Along with this, the potential performance of the employees is very essential for the business and they play a very vital role in the process of achieving the organisational goals. So, this research paper will show how the materials and methodology are used to achieve the goals of the organisation and how those goals create an effect on the behaviour of the organisation. This report also contains the outcome of the methodology which are used for achieving the goals of the organisation and how this methodology is effective in this process. Along with that, this report will show some detailed information which needs to be adopted by the management for achieving the goals of the organisation successfully along with maintaining the organisational behaviour appropriately. From the conclusion of this report, it is found that the most important part is employees and the performance of the employees so it needs to be enhanced more by the management by increasing the motivation of the employees
