Abstract

The ability and competency of the personnel is critical to the success of any firm. The degree of productivity in a company will be greatly affected by how successfully employers establish a happy work environment that meets the emotional requirements of their workers. organisation management based on the significance of employee interactions.. Structural equation modelling was utilised to test hypotheses in this research. The following is a summary of the findings: During the COVID-19 epidemic, it was found that Polish universities' manager-employee interactions were of poor quality. Employee-employer relations, on the other hand, were above average and had a substantial influence on future plans for remote working. In Edo State, a tertiary institution, this research sought to examine the link between employer-employee interactions and employee engagement. Research shows that employee engagement is a consequence of the quality of the connection between employer and employee and that this relationship is a crucial component in employee engagement and happiness.
