Abstract

Understanding the influence of the mediating mechanism influencing the relationship between IA and OCB is the purpose that is reviewed by existing literature for improving the performance of modern knowledge dependable companies. It is justified by the authors that it is the earliest attempt to combine four important elements of impact assessment to examine the relationship with organizational citizenship behavior. It creates awareness of the need to align core assets with correct behaviors for enhancing the competitiveness of firms. The relationship between OCB and IA is shown by the proposals that are moderated and mediated by engaged tasks and recognized by the support of companies. Unified multi-level research is suggested by the proposed paper that is needed to understand the strength of the relationship between behavior and critical assets for guiding learning firms in the correct ways.  New concepts of IA like intellectual capital and its relationship with other OCB typologies are recommended in future research.
