Abstract

The practice of procrastination can negatively impact learning and personal growth both now and in the future. There are far too many diversions for students today. There are several electronic devices that provide enjoyment. Numerous programs connect users in an effort to grab our attention and keep it there. The majority of pupils become mired in the chasm between intention and execution. Due to their acceptance of all potential negative outcomes, the majority of students develop a tendency of procrastinating. These days' pupils frequently practice procrastination. It is personal to let things slide, We are aware that action is necessary. We continue to put it off. The study schedule that students create is quite thorough and detailed, but they spend the entire day performing trivial chores. Or, if they only have a brief window of time to begin studying but are extremely motivated to do so, students will waste hours watching TV and updating their social media profiles. In order to help students avoid procrastination and improve their learning outcomes, this study identifies the elements that influence student procrastination and provides remedies.
