Abstract

In this article, we will study and analyze the code of conduct of fresh graduates when applying to companies. From there, students will gain the necessary knowledge, such as behavior and soft skills to adapt to the new working environment, as well as the language. These rules are essential and play a role in the success of graduating students. The results show that student salaries and promotions are correlated with standard codes of conduct. This article researches and analyzes the code of conduct of newly graduated students, thereby giving suggestions and solutions for candidates to be appreciated by employers. It also describes the preparation process so that fresh graduates can confidently and express themselves when entering a new environment.
