The new millennium is seen as an epoch of Entrepreneurship with Entrepreneurs perceiving novel opportunities, organizing resources, undertaking risks to pursue their goals in establishing innovative ventures for scaling new horizons. Entrepreneurs have the potency to confront numerous challenges, such as creating equity, equilibrium, ensuring sustainable and inclusive socialist economic development in divergent economies, by seizing tremendous business opportunities in the contemporary commercial world. The study aims to know the Challenges and Opportunities of Entrepreneurs in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) that Examine whether entrepreneurial activities significantly vary across the form of owned enterprises, type of organization and nature of activity; and also explore the prospects and challenges faced by Entrepreneurs through micro entrepreneurial activities. The Study also involves in the application of descriptive quantitative analysis on the primarily data collected from (MSME) Entrepreneurship with Special reference to Coimbatore District South. The study helps in identifying the variables that are more challenging to the Entrepreneurs which need to be addressed for the sustainable development of the Entrepreneurs. The findings could help the educational institutions to develop an educational strategy for training the upcoming Entrepreneurs.
