Crisis communication management controls the crisis situation with effective decision making planning and execution with proper channels & tools with correct audience. In this report different aspects of crisis communication have been reviewed for the deep knowledge about this issue\crisis at the corporate level. Furthermore which plans, strategies, rules, tactics, ethics do the organizations follow have been discussed through case studies and examples. Crisis communication is an integral component of crisis management. History shows that communication was given immense importance after the industrial revolution in 18th century. Failure during and after a crisis can result in serious harm to stakeholders, losses for an organization, or end its very existence. Public relations practitioners are an integral part of crisis management teams. Volumes have been written about crisis management by both practitioners and researchers from many different disciplines making it a challenge to synthesize what we know about crisis management and communication in that knowledge base. We are first grateful to ALLAH who has given us belief and strength to accomplish this task to complete the Research Report. I would like to express special thanks to our supervisor for helpful guidance and keeping us in the right direction. I have completed my Job very well and successfully by the grace of almighty Allah who enable me to join and attend the whole section well. During this research I have visited different section of the BAHL Human Resource department like Recruitment & Selection, Pay Roll, Training & Development and Leave Management. Here the concern in charge briefly introduce the department working technique and also describe the operation of the HR briefly, Here I would also like to thanks the Bank Al Habib Ltd who gives me the opportunity for research in Human Resource Department of BAHL.
