Driving Forces for National Development at Vietnam in the Current Period(1)

Abstract

The career of developing the country requires the Party and State to identify and promote driving forces at home and abroad, at the same time, identify and solve existing obstacles. The study on driving forces for national development has profound theoretical and practical significance. Especially, in the new period with a strong impact of the Fourth Technological Revolution, international integration and globalization are very significant to promote the potential and position of the country. The article clarifies the concept of driving forces for national development; points out the main driving forces affecting national development, thereby suggesting measures to identify and promote the driving forces in the current period.
