A Study relating to White Collar Crimes in Indian Corporate Sector: Critical Analysis

The Indian corporate sector is divided into two parts: government-owned and privately-owned businesses. The magnitude of both elements, in regards of the both numbers and money, has expanded rapidly, notably since the early 1970s. Government enterprises are mostly in fundamental, heavy, and working capital all-inclusive sectors, although the private area is primarily in businesses that straight serve consumer markets. India's economy is on the verge of a corporate revolution. A slew of trade-friendly rules and tax changes have not only made conducting business in India easier, but to complete it a hotspot for the universal asset. This study is essential because it gives insight to a whole criminal justice machinery, students, academicians, bank and financial institution officials, authors, and others who have a tendency or special interest in analyzing, understanding, or implementing laws pertaining to white collar crimes, particularly those relating to the procedures adopted by courts and other agencies in controlling white collar crimes. The researcher attempted to raise public awareness and arouse people’s thoughts about the profound malaise of white collar offences that are destroying our body politics through this investigation.
