Current Outward Investment of Pacific Countries (Regions)
Abstract
From the general view of foreign investment in the countries along the Pacific region, it can be divided into two categories: direct investment and indirect investment. Among them, direct investment is to use foreign capital to establish production equipment and commodity production bases in the Pacific region; indirect investment is to use foreign capital to purchase stocks and other securities in these countries or regions, own part or all of the company's equity, and thus control the local Ownership of the business. The rapid growth of foreign investment has brought new characteristics of investment.
