However, there are also many problems in the development process, and it is urgent to propose countermeasures to solve them in order to promote the further development of my country's opening to the outside world. I. Determination of the guiding ideology of the overall strategy for developing an export-oriented economy The economic development strategy is the planning and guidance for the overall situation of economic development. The purpose of the research on the economic development strategy is to discuss the overall and regular factors in the process of regional economic development, so as to guide the smooth progress of economic construction. Obviously, in a certain period of time (usually three, ten or twenty years) various factors and conditions of economic development will be affected.
