Abstract

In this research the researcher had tried to make an attempt towards the identification of the relationship between the women leadership style and its effect on the institutional efficiency with the consideration of the leadership style and its traits. For this reason, the researcher had made an attempt for conducting the primary research with the making of the primary research by designing the structure questionnaire for identifying their leadership style for the work life balance with the help of their traits in the academic institutions. The author had collected total 100 samples in the study with the consideration of the Non probabilistic convenience sampling. For this purpose, the author had applied the various statistical tools to prove the objectives. The data analytical tools that had been applied here is the descriptive statistics, frequency analysis and the chi square test. To study the profile of the academicians it had been found that the maximum number of academicians from the Management and Commerce department with having the Ph.D. as their basic qualification and they are residing in the Urban area. For identification of various factors for the institutional stability due to the women leadership traits it had been noted total three factors which are found to be important in the study i.e. Proactive, Communication Style and Resilience Power and to found out the significant difference of opinion for the different categories of the academicians it had been noted that there are almost all the profile of academicians who are having the significant difference of opinion for towards the relationship between the Different women leadership style prevailing in the South Gujarat Region of Gujarat State in India. This study will help the Academic Institutions and academicians to understand the leadership style for the women academicians to bring the efficiency in their managing the work and at the same time improve the academic institutional work stability and efficiency.
