Changes in Taiwan's Labor Force Structure and Improvement of Labor Productivity
Abstract
Labor employment and output are the focus of the discussion on the overall economic development and the goal of economic policy. Regardless of any country or system, social labor must be distributed according to a certain proportion, and the size of this distribution proportion changes with the change of labor productivity. Therefore, in order to fully develop productive forces and achieve the goal of economic development, it is necessary to achieve the optimal combination of labor force and means of production.
