Abstract

Since the 1970s, Macao's economy has developed rapidly. From 1971 to 1981, Macao's economic growth rate reached an average of 16.7% per year, becoming one of the regions with the highest economic growth rate in the world. With the implementation of my country's opening-up policy and the in-depth development of economic system reform, the successful experience of economic development in Hong Kong and Macao has been paid attention to by the economic circles and economic research departments of the mainland.
