Participatory Communication of Television Digitalization Program in Indonesia: Case Study of MSME Participation during the Covid-19 Pandemic

In 2020, the Job Creation Law was passed, one of which regulates the necessity of Analog Switch-Off for television broadcasting institutions in Indonesia. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) which have had electronic repair businesses and satellite dish installation services in the regions are one of the community groups that can be included in the communication of terrestrial television digitalization policies. The results of the study found that MSMEs in the field of electronic repair services and installation of satellite dishes have participated in communicating broadcasting digitization policies in Indonesia.
