Social Adjustment of Children of Broken Families: A Case Study of Family Courts in District Rawalakot, Azad Kashmir Pakistan

Social adjustment is a non-stop technique which needs a suited home environment and youngsters are often the worst victims of family breakup. Broken household environment commonly unable to furnish a gorgeous home environment for social development of their young children. Social adjustment of children of broken family’s children include the reason behind income, inter-parental hostilities parenting, and parents’ well-being as mediators of relations between. Family structure and household change on child outcomes, with a specific center of attention on parental separation. The foremost objective of the research was to study the social adjustment of children of broken families it was a case study of family courts in district Rawalakot. Collected data was analyzed on SPSS (statistical package for social science). This study was significant for the social adjustment of the children of broken families. Most of the respondents were 57.3 percent in favor of children, they are comfortable at school. Majority of 39.1 percent of respondents were agreed about the children shows good performances in school. Majority of 69.1 percent of respondents said that children were requested to visit her/his father/mother, the reason was their attachment with the parents. Majority of 89.1 percent of respondents responded they found a change in children behavior. 46.4 percent of respondents were agreed that their children felt the absence of mother/father. 45.5 percent of respondents were agreed about the statement.
