The current research examined into how secondary school principals might help students excel academically. Three goals were developed to direct data collection and analysis based on the study's general goals. This research was done to examine the leadership actions the principal does to raise student accomplishment, to evaluate the methods the principle employs to monitor instruction to raise student achievement, and to gauge the level of teacher involvement.
The study was carried out in D.G. Khan City. The study used a descriptive study design with a primary focus on quantitative research, with case quantification where required. Two public schools in the district city of D.G. Khan were used as the population source for the sake of generalizing the results. There were 450 pupils in all, divided equally between the 9th and 10th grades. Probability sampling was used to choose a sufficient sample of 200 students, or 208. The researcher employs a straightforward random sample approach in this regard.
Data were gathered via a questionnaire. Nine restricted response items made up the adopted questionnaire. The questionnaire was examined using a Likert scale with five possible ratings. The following methods of data tabulation and analysis were used: Statement-by-statement analysis, Mean analysis of restricted response items, and Percentage-by-statement analysis.
